Drywall repairs
Filling holes in drywall can be tedious work- maybe they're from the nails you used to hang artwork... or from shifting the car into drive instead of reverse... no matter the size, I can fix it!
Light Fixtures
Want to upgrade your light fixtures? I can exchange your old fixtures for new ones. I can also replace old switches and outlets. For projects requiring electrical re-wiring, repairs, or anything else please contact a licensed electrician.
Landscape Services
I install weed tarp and groundcovers (mulch, rock, etc.), repair gates and fences, and more!
I don't do weeding, but I DO offer a weed-prevention service using all-natural non-toxic product to prevent weeds from invading your sidewalk cracks and rock/mulch areas.
Painting
I accept small painting projects: single rooms, paint touch-ups, and trim/doors both indoor and outdoor.
Garden Setup
Building garden boxes & compost bins; prepping soil and planting seeds. For yards with a nearby spout ready, I can also install a basic watering system on a timer.
Basic Kitchen/Bathroom plumbing repairs
If you are experiencing a significant plumbing leak and/or water damage, please contact a licensed plumber. For the smaller stuff (i.e. a sink that keeps spraying you in the face) give me a call!
Art & Electronics mounting
Whether it's a wall of guitars or a bigger TV, I can mount valuable items properly to prevent damage to items and walls.
For rental properties I offer a unique
full-service package that goes above and beyond what most rental management companies will provide. In addition to normal repairs, I take steps to make the property more resilient against future damage. This includes caulking (water-sealing) kitchen and bathroom features, tightening loose fixtures, ensuring all drains are free of hair and debris, and more.
